3.1 We are not responsible for the physical or other effects any actions you chose to take as a result of viewing or attempting to recreate items seen on our web pages.
3.2 All motogymkhana activities undertaken at sanctioned motogymkhana events are covered by motogymkhana regulations NORA 92 insurance and permit. Or whichever organisation is providing insurance services to us at that time.
3.3 If you chose to ride at a non-sanctioned event we will not be responsible in any way for your actions you will not be covered. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance and permits are in order before undertaking any riding activity.
3.4 Any training that you undertake will require you to ensure that your are riding within your ability and that your equipment and motorcycle is safe and provides sufficient protection in the event of an unscheduled dismount or other event that unseats the rider.
3.5 motorcycle modifications must be completed to a safe standard and any motorcycle with a non standard raised tickover or amended gearing should be fitted with a kill cord that can be attaches to the rider. This is mandatory for competition and recommended in any event.
